By accessing and making purchases on the MagTag® website, you agree to the terms described below. Please read carefully before finalizing your order.

1. About MagTag ®

MagTag® is a Brazilian brand of optical accessories, with its brand and patent registered with the INPI. Our products are sold directly to the end consumer through this website.

2. Eligibility

To make purchases, you must be 18 years of age or older (or be assisted by a legal guardian) and provide true and complete information at the time of registration and order placement.

3. Products and prices

We strive to keep product and pricing information updated. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform the customer before shipping. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders and payment

After payment confirmation, the order is processed and forwarded for shipping. We accept the main payment methods available on the platform. Non-payment within the stipulated period implies automatic cancellation of the order.

Interest-free installments are available in up to 2x for minimum installments of R$ 35.00 and up to 3x for minimum installments of R$ 45.00.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, logos, and the MagTag® name — is protected by copyright and intellectual property. Reproduction, copying, or use without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

MagTag® is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from improper use of products or logistical delays caused by third parties (carriers, Post Office) or events beyond our control.
